saying lately, and gosh do I mean it, right now you're the ones holding my hand and helping me keep some kind of pace.

Today's episode is intended to just be a quick, well, we'll see about that. I am me after all.

Intended to be a quick catch-up conversation. I've had a really tough few weeks on top of a tough few months,

on top of a tough few years. And Instagram keeps me

contained to a certain number of characters, which thank goodness it does. But I wanted to expand

on some of the stuff I've been sharing and talk about where I'm at as of right this second.

It's been an absolute whirlwind. And I thought, why not attempt to break it all down?

So this could very well end up being one of those episodes I lose sleepover or regret hitting publish

on because, oh gosh, have I shared too much? Have I been too honest? Will how I feel tomorrow

be drastically different from how I feel right now, and will I wish I'd never

shared any of this?

Only one way to find out.
