All right, I don't know the episode.

I think that fear is the most difficult emotion for parents when it comes to their children.

And so often, even in sessions,

I see a parent just livid with a child

and kind of grim by the shoulders and say,

what scares you?

What is frightening you right now?

And the whole tone changes.

Behind that, you can see the love, you can see the concern.

And kids respond so beautifully to that.

And we realize what we fear.

We can look at how to manage that. So the idea of looking at what we're afraid of and

managing in a way that really helps us relate to our kids and protect them.

And it also then allows us to let them fall on their

butt a little bit sometimes and get up and see their own resilience.
