We're going to actually, we asked a question last week to Tobin-Oorten-Blaude all about race tactics and how to handle negative racing when you're the marked rider. And Pete actually listened to that as well. And I wanted him to take some notes because I was, I really wanted to get Pete's take on this too. So we're going to discuss that. We're also going to discuss, like, a few things you can do after late night workouts and, like, science-backed approaches and not science-backed approaches.
