Summary
There are 8 common numbers that we loooooove to obsess about as women. And it's these 8 numbers that stop us from embracing our body, accepting our body, and truly loving our body.

These numbers don't hold any value in your life that define your worth or your character. Stop comparing yourself to your past or to someone else. It's not worth your time!
