If it sounds like we're a little bit more excited than usual in this episode of the podcast,

it's because college football is here.

Yeah, I mean, look, we're in the swing of it now we've had a couple of

games they were kind of wild finishes and now we got a full slate of games too as

we're taping this I am getting ready to leave for a double this week for two games a

Thursday and a Saturday so it feels good to be back in the middle of it.

And Saturday did end up being a nice little appetizer, I think.

I didn't know what to expect going in.

I know the quality of play wasn't necessarily great.

But Florida, Miami was right down to the wire of this you know intense rivalry game and then you get into that

can I bring up something so you know you and I both watch this game and probably riveted to it and

one thing that I noticed came up and it came up a lot like as the game was

winding down it was a sloppy game look it was it was the first first game of the

season it's early Miami is starting freshman

and offensive both offensive tackles new freshman quarterback or

retro freshman quarterback new center Florida was sloppy as well. I'm not denying it there There was a lot of, you know, it was a sloppy game.

But I think there's an element of people, you know, you see it on Twitter and again,

you can find the worst of the worst on Twitter it's not hard to find but people

look at and just kind of crap all over the game itself and a lot of times I feel like

some of the most entertaining games are the games that get

cracked on the most because people are like oh look at all the turnovers look at the
