So new report out that the companies that you get your internet connection from at your

home are raising prices a whole lot.

And so I read this report, went and looked and it's true that many of the rate plans

for internet at home have gone up as much as 60% from where they were before.

And the reason is is is people cut the cable cord for television, as I was cutting the

cord and people are getting TV from streaming services.

The monopoly cable companies are trying to maintain revenue.

And so if they no longer have the revenue from TV, they're getting that money by doing

dramatic increases in the cost for the internet connection.

So they end up net where they were before and you end up paying much more money for the

same thing you had before.
