Do you get charged like you would have had a gun committing a crime? That's a great question. I think so. Because you're trying to give the impression that you have a deadly weapon. Maybe he learned his lesson. Maybe he tried the finger gun in the pocket before and he got in trouble. He's just grabbing snacks probably. Suspect used coarse language that intimidated the store clerk and put him in fear of physical harm from the suspect.

So they don't really say, I'm guessing, it's got to be in the pocket, right? Why are you letting the guy rob you if you know he's not armed? Once again, this is... It's not your story. Well, he's not really letting him. He's grabbing stuff, Puss, so... True. So, And they're letting it happen.

But once again, it's a bad story because, right, say it, a finger was in the pocket or not. It matters. Right. It does matter. It makes a huge difference. If it was just pointing a finger, everyone would just be laughing at it. Right. But it might freak you out more, though, if he is just pointing a finger.
