I am driving westbound, and I get into the mountain time zone, I look at my clock and I'm about to reset it

and I said why bother because in eight hours that the clock is going to be correct.

Oh, brilliant.

Yeah.

So there you go.

If you're really worried about just go to the time zone to the west during the spring.

And here's something that they never, they're all worried

about medical problems or whatever incurred during that. People jump time zones all the time.

Yes. And you don't hear anything about the health effects of that. No, that's a good point.

I mean, you read stuff like, people fly every day. People fly every day. How to defeat jet lag and tricks to do that.

An hour is not jet lag.

Yeah.

So today somebody's getting out of plane in L.A. and they're going to go to New York and vice versa.

Right.

Yeah.

And they're jumping more than one time zone.

They're going more than one hour ahead.
