Little things, I will say this, you would think working in sports over time diminishes

some of the childlike glee you have for certain aspects of sports or certain types of

plays or games or people. And that's true. Sometimes that is accurate. It is probably what I feared most when I got into working in the sports talk world was like having to cover games or having to analyze games so that you could talk about games is a little bit different than consuming a game, analyzing it as it goes along in your brain,

without thinking about talking points and outlines.

And you wonder, like, it'd be like somebody working in professional football or working in

professional baseball.

If you're going to spend 11 hours a day in that thing, will you suddenly grow weary of professional football or professional

baseball and a way that does not beget your childlike love of the game that got you into it

to begin with? So I always kind of worried about that. But for the most part, I still have the same

similar passions as why we do countdowns as we sit here realizing how close we are to start football seasons because you still have a zeal for the sport.

That said, there are elements within sport that sometimes allow you to harken back to when you were a kid, the things that just that you just love.

Like I don't think anybody, here's a good example,

and I'm stumbling into this conversation,
