So I want to talk right now about something that is a trend that has emerged in much of

the country and it is something that shows that home buyers are on a semi strike, that

the people in the marketplace who are interested in buying a home at least immediately is declining.

The amount of time that homes are staying on the market is rising overall nationally.

And a real estate has real local elements to it and always has where even when some places

in the United States are doing one thing, others are doing something else.
