Former President Trump is facing new charges in the Justice Department's investigation

into classified documents at his Mar-a-Longle home, including obstruction and willful retention

of national defense information and another Mar-a-Longle employee has been added to the case.

He's identified as Carlos Theola of the Era, and I did as the head of the maintenance at Mar-a-Lago

for President Trump's resort in Florida where boxes of presidential material were stored.

This is a super-seating indictment to the existing one and it is a third individual.

Fox's script, Jenkins, the indictment claims that Trump and his A's asked the deal of error to

delete camera footage at Mar-a-Longle to obstruct the documents case. Trump and Valle won't not

award charged last month by special counsel Jack Smith on a 38-count indictment with conspiring

to hide classified documents at his Florida home from government investigators, both men pled not guilty.

In a statement, the Trump campaign said this is nothing more than a continued desperate

and flailing attempt by the Biden family and the DOJ. Separately, the federal grand jury

considering possible charges against former President Trump related to his attempts to overturn

the 2020 election results met today but did not return an indictment yet.

The Department of Justice has launched an investigation into the Memphis Police Department,

Assistant US Attorney, Kristen Clark. To determine whether there is a pattern or practice of conduct

that violates the Constitution or our federal civil rights laws.

The DOJ said the investigation was not based on one single incident, but it comes nearly seven

a month after the beating of Tyree Nichols during a traffic stop. Nichols died several days later,

five police officers involved in the beating have pled not guilty.
