For the first time since the spy balloon was shot down on February 4th, the U.S. Secretary

of State met with the Chinese Foreign Minister.

For shutdown, we know that the only one recovered in part is that Chinese spy balloon.

According to senior administration officials there is a belief that the other three had

no ties to China or any enemy nations.

Canada suspended the search to recover one over the Yukon territory, but this gives you

kind of an idea of where these different objects were shot down.

President Biden says he plans to speak to Chinese President Xi Jinping about the Chinese

balloon incident after Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met with Wang Yi, his Chinese

counterpart in Germany yesterday.

Although we're told by Blinken, Wang Yi and other members of the delegation did not

apologize and appear to be spinning the story.

Fox is David Spont and the Supreme Court has a big week ahead as it tackles tech cases involving

terrorism. The Supreme Court will hear arguments this week over whether social media companies

can be held responsible for content posted by third parties.

Gonzalez Reynaudu V. Google claims YouTube allowed the Islamic State group to post hundreds of

videos that incited violence and recruited supporters. The other case involving Twitter,

alleges that under the Anti-Terrorism Act, posting terrorist content online could be considered
