the mass killer to die for the 2018 massacre at the tree of life synagogue in Pittsburgh where

Bowers targeted Jews killed 11 worshipers. So some night in the future he'll be lying on a

gurney like James Barnes last night in Florida. Barnes remained silent when he was asked if he had

any last words. He closed his eyes as the lethal injection began and was pronounced dead 10 minutes

later. Barnes was already in prison for killing his wife. When in 2005, he wrote to Florida state

prosecutors and confessed to the murder of Patricia Miller 17 years earlier. A nurse he said he
