Trump will be a rain that is third indictment. This one related to the

Capitol riot and attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Trump faces four

charges in this indictment, three are on conspiracy, one for obstruction. Fox's

Gryff Jenkins outside the Washington court, the former president does not

want to be tried in. He took to true social, posting the latest fake case

brought by crooked Joe Biden and deranged Jack Smith will hopefully be moved

to an impartial venue such as the politically unbiased nearby state of

West Virginia, impossible to get a fair trial in Washington DC. He also

calls the indictment selection interference to son Eric Trump tells Fox

they want to take him out of the race and we've seen this before it. We've

seen the FBI weaponized. We've seen the DOJ be weaponized. We've seen the

dirty games. Some Trump rivals in the Republican presidential race

agree, but as Fox's Jessica Rosenthal reports, one has a different take.

A former vice president Mike Pence reacted to the indictment of former

president Trump telling Fox's Martha McCallum he's not sure if the former

president listening to bad attorney advice is a crime, but he did say Trump's

crackpot attorneys as he put it wanted him to reject votes on January 6th,

which would have resulted in in the issue being turned over to the House of

Representatives and literally chaos would have ensued.
