Ukraine's president's back at the White House today to talk about support for the war with Russia,

how to end that war, and a deal tying our countries together for years to come.

Vladimir Zelenskyy arrives here this morning to sign off on a historic economic framework,

tying the U.S. to Ukraine's rare earth mineral development.

I think it's going to be great for Ukraine. We're going to be at the site and we'll be digging.

President Trump says the partnership will help recoup taxpayers' support for Ukraine in deep in cooperation with Zelensky.

We're going to get along really well, okay?

We have a lot of respect.

President Trump did not say if he'd offer an apology for describing Zelensky earlier

this month as a dictator at the White House.

The mass firing of probationary federal employees probably illegal, says a federal judge in San Francisco,

ordering the Office of Personnel Management to retract the firing directives.

The judge says, though, he doesn't have the power to give anyone their job back or stop agencies from letting anybody go.

Hundreds were laid off yesterday at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric

Administration, NOAA, and the National Weather Service. Twenty-nine prisoners, including a drug lord

who killed the federal Asian, are sent from Mexico to the U.S. The handover of Rafael Caro

Cantero, who was behind the 1985 killing of a DEA agent, was confirmed to the Associated Press by a Mexican government
