Gunfire that erupted at a nightclub near Los Angeles has left at least 10 people dead

that's according to police in Monterey Park.

The shooting followed a lunar New Year celebration that attracted tens of thousands of people.

Authorities are searching for a male suspect, witnesses tell the LA Times he was armed with

a machine gun and had multiple rounds of ammunition.

Chaos in downtown Atlanta, police say protesters broke windows and set a cop car on fire.

The protesters were marking the death of an environmental activist who was killed by

a state trooper, police say the activists shot first and the officer returned fire.

The protesters was actively opposing a planned public safety training center.

His supporters believe he was murdered.

Fox's Jessica Stone at least half a dozen people were arrested.

They searched for nearly 13 hours and they found more classified materials.

A Department of Justice search of President Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware has turned

up more classified documents.

Some of the documents dated from his tenure in the Senate and others are from his time as

vice president.

Earlier this month, Attorney General Merritt Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate.
