But all October was hot. We're well into November of course, but I'm getting ahead of myself

Let me tell you briefly about this episode. So in this

episode I'm being interviewed on my own podcast. I'm the guest and the

host is Stephen from Send7 Podcast who wanted to ask me some questions about podcasting and about Luke's English podcast

so this is quite a long conversation about podcasting

about how I started my podcast and some of the ins and outs of

doing this long term since I started in 2009. Now I must say that this

episode feels a little bit self-indulgent because I do all the

talking and it's all about my show and you might have heard some of these stories before

but I thought that I would publish this all the same, because I have some new
