Guys, welcome to the JScot Outdoors podcast. We've got our friend Dwayne Adams on the podcast and it's almost deer season. We just finished elk season Dwayne. It's great to have you on. How are you?

I'm very good, JScot. Always good to hear your voice.

Yeah, for sure. First question I've got for you before we get into deer was how was elk season 2021 up there in Unit 1?

Very good. The rut was on from the first morning to the last. It just got better every day. Everybody killed and killed some nice bulls. It was a great hunt. Thank God.

As soon as you got up there, the bulls were just ripping and tearing it up. How would you rate it as far as a bugling September and season? Was it on par for normal or was it better than normal?

I think it was just on par. We always called it the 20th of magi day. Guys, it worked really probably swinging. The 18th, 19th, 20th somewhere in there.

And about that time it was just erupted. There were just bulls chasing cows. It really worked out well. You bet.
