This is a weekly ritual for us.

We call each other.

We have a list of topics typically in the back of my mind. I'll be like,

I got to talk to Jeff about that. And then invariably, your name shows up on my phone or my name

shows up on your phone. And then we go into it and we thought, why don't we just try to do it

for the podcast? Because we're going to talk about this stuff anyway. Maybe some other people

will get some value out of the things that we're thinking about in about this stuff anyway. Maybe some other people will get some value

out of the things that we're thinking about in terms of our businesses, just discussing it.

Yeah, I'm typically calling you trying to figure out why people are the way they are. And you're

one of the few people where I feel like I can like scream a little bit about, you know,

the state of things and you'll understand that it's coming from a good place.

All right. So we've got a list of topics here. We're going to talk a little bit about the quality of the

opportunities we're pursuing. We are going to talk about numbers and cadences. You have a lot of

experience with this. And then we're going to round it off by talking about some psychology stuff that I've really been nerding out on lately. So let's just jump into this first topic. You kind of wrote it in our text thread. You called it the reverse 1,000 day principle or something like that. Like we're sketching out an idea here in real time.
