0:21.4	Doug. How are you? Good. It's been a few weeks since we spoke, and the last time we spoke,
0:26.2	your lips were sealed about the new resort taking place on Grand Bahama Island. First off,
0:32.1	Christine, is it Celebration Key or K? Celebration Key and Half Moon K.

0:39.8	What can you tell us about Celebration Key?
0:42.2	Well, clearly we are very excited.
0:51.0	As you may remember, we've got 329 acres that we've acquired, and 100 acres will be preserved. You know, we want to make sure that we're honoring the natural beauty that already
0:56.1	exist in this destination in Grand Bahama.
0:58.9	And then really focusing on this first phase that we're opening, which will be 40 acres,
1:05.7	1.2 miles of beautiful white sand beach.
1:11.4	And, you know, we're creating what we called portals.
