Like many people around the world, you may be in the process or perhaps you already have of setting goals,

goals for this year, goals for your career, your career, your health, your finances, whatever area of your life is important to you.

We all approach change in a very similar way. We figure out what it is we want to do.

Maybe we apply some frameworks to improve our odds of hitting that outcome and

then we take action.

And yet, even though we all approach it

from a similar way, we get vastly different results. The majority of people who set goals never
