It's beautiful. It's actually really lovely. It's very family's, like, neighborhoody, but it's... My makeup artist, her family's been here forever and ever and ever. They have a five-bedroom apartment in the Upper West. Oh, nice. There you go. Is't that insane? It's insane. She's like, it's been to my family forever. I'm like, yeah, you would never leave a five-bedroom apartment. That's so wild. I'm like, how does that logistically work? The inherited properties are always so fascinating to me. That's, I think actually I would love to watch a show on YouTube that's Inheritive Properties of New York, where you see all of the rent-controlled places. Oh, my God. Like, that would be crazy. That guy that does the, like, how much do you pay for rent? What's his name, Caleb or something like that? He, like, walks around on Instagram as like, how much you pay for rent and that he goes to tour the place?

Oh, okay.

But he does a bunch of those.
