Finally, my lovely co-host, Brittany Page, everybody.

So we had the Jackhammer episode.

We did have the Jackhammer episode.

And we got some feedback on it, but we want to kind of explain what's going on,

because we haven't talked about the litany of issues that we have encountered with the home that we moved

into. Well, it's 122 years old. We didn't want to be negative nancy's about literally everything,

having to do with our move to Washington, D.C. Yeah, we don't want to be negative nancies about literally everything having to do with our move to Washington D.C. We don't want to be sad clowns. Yes. So we didn't talk about a lot of those issues,

but one of the issues that we've been having is a significant plumbing problem.

And we didn't realize, apparently, the extent of it. And there's been a lack of communication

between the landlord, our property manager, and us. And sometimes these crews just show up to

start doing work on the house. And they don't need to deal with us because it's

like issues related to the basement or down below the house. So they just start doing their work

down there. And we realize, oh, there are people here doing construction work. What's going on?

And this has happened like three times related to the plumbing issue specifically.

And so yesterday was no difference.
