General Stanley McChrystal, this is the guy who first off he's a retired US Army general.

He led our command in Afghanistan in the O.O.

I mean, he's been heavily involved in the military for Russia's career.

Then after he retired as a general, he was on the board of Deutsche Bank and other companies.

He's taken a lot of risks.

He's been responsible for, you know, decision life and death decisions for many people.

And so he wrote a book called Risk, a user's guide, which from the guy who probably is taking

And there's so many stories ranging from his stories in Afghanistan, the stories about

Lots of great stories and a really solid methodology about how to think about risk, which is so important

And I find most entrepreneurs I know fail, not because they didn't have a good idea,
