the cool thing we're going to go in deep she's a solo agent or she's building a

team now but all of last year was a solo agent basically.

And so 39 houses by herself, right?

By herself, right?

That's a lot to juggle.

And that's no joke, and she's crushing it over 20 million in biz and we're just going to get and oh oh here's the other thing

only in the business full-time two years that's right I was I was two years part-time part part time before that and then decided to just jump in and

now been two years full time. That's awesome. Okay so anyways without further do welcome

quickly how I used to be a school social worker for 12 years. I'd never really plan on getting into real estate.

And then it just kind of happened little by little. You know, I ended up getting

decent amount of clients my second year part-time and then I actually was

starting to make more than my full-time job and I couldn't do both jobs at the
