messing up and not so much messing up, but more the fear of messing up. And I coach a lot of girls on this every week. And so I know

that it's something that you all struggle with. There are a lot of you out there who are holding

yourselves back from doing something you want to do because you are afraid to mess up. And that is

what fear does.

It holds us back from growing and accomplishing the things that we want to accomplish.

What am I even talking about when I say messing up?

What does that mean?

So when I say messing up, I'm referring to that meaning that when we do something incorrectly or not meet an expectation.
