Hey, everybody. We got a great one today, and usually I'd say for a change. But this one's

0:11.1

Dahlia Lithwick and hers are always great. If you're a regular listener to the Al Franken

0:17.4

podcast, you've no doubt heard Dahlia a number of times before.

0:21.3

Dahlia is my go-to on the Supreme Court.

1:34.8

1:41.9

are brilliant, courageous women who stand up at critical junctures

1:47.2

and stand up for people who are getting crapped on by powerful forces, and they win.

1:54.0

They win.

1:55.5

So that's the first distinction about this one with Dahlia.

1:59.1
