| 0:34.0 | to the point we want to know about routines. So what is your morning routine? |
| 0:44.0 | Okay. So alarm goes off. I have that like soft, gentle alarm that goes off. I always have it plugged in the other room in the bathroom, whether I'm at home or traveling because we're living |
| 0:48.5 | in San Diego right now. I still have it in the bathroom. So I wake up. It forced me to get out |
| 0:53.4 | of bed to turn it off. But don't let this fool you because I'm not actually like getting up, getting up. Oh. I still get out of bed, but I always wake up really. Yeah, I get back in. So I wake up to turn off my alarm, but I always like really want to drink water first thing in the morning. And it grosses me out to drink water before brushing my teeth It's like sickening. Like I can't. So that's what gets me out of bed in the morning. I tongue scrape and brush my teeth and then I get back in bed and then I drink my water in bed. Okay. So do you put water there before? Yeah. Yeah. So the water is already right. So I get up. What time do you wake up? Um, seven o'clock. Okay. |
| 1:46.8 | Sometimes 6.50, but usually the alarm's going off between 7 and 7.15. Okay, cool. And then I get back in bed. And I probably take about a half hour to physically, like, really get out of bed. Okay. Thank God for David. I'm, like, really not good by myself. Yeah. Like I will, I am tourist through and through. Like I will sleep for hours. Like I don't need to get up in the morning. I don't need to get up. |

| 1:56.2 | with Danielle. Like it's the other person that gets me up, not me me so then I get up and get ready to work out so |
| 2:04.9 | recently I've been taking peptides in the morning I've been taking beauty and immunity peptides |
| 2:10.7 | and so I'll take those first thing in the morning so a lot of them you have to do fasted and then |
