So let's talk about what you're doing right now. Okay.

Well, right now, I'm the, as you say, I'm the director for city-to-city Latin America.

So I have no idea what the director for City, City of Latin America does.

Does.

I know you get up in the morning.

I'm not sure if I know.

I know you get up in the morning, shave and get dressed, but other than that, I have no idea what you do.

Well, as a director, I have the responsibility of leading the efforts to have a vision for Latin America,

for the whole region, especially the most influential cities, 40 cities that we have been researching.

And building a team to train, evaluate, coach, and send church planters from different denominations and not only to plant churches

but our vision is is to develop movements of the gospel to transform this this cities to bring hope for these cities in the sense of

social, cultural and spiritual transformation. So these churches are not being planted as any kind of churches, but specific DNA.

And this DNA is gospel centrality, a kingdom mindset, not my kingdom, not my church or my denomination, but the kingdom of God mindset,

focus on cities, contextualize for every one of the cities where they are serving, and church multiplication. So not only planting a church but a church

that is going to multiply in the sense of Latin America we are talking about churches

not huge churches but churches that are very approachable

for the neighborhoods, for the people around,
