Summary

A review of Carnival Cruise Line's new ship, Carnival Venezia, as it sailed its first cruise from New York City to Bermuda.

he most valuable lesson from Ben's experience is that the ship is not designed for short cruises, as it is more suited for longer, relaxing trips.

Ben recommends that those looking for a party cruise consider a four or five-day trip from Miami, which is better equipped for such an environment.

Yeah, why the heck did, what made you want to book the... You just did a 15-night transatlantic cruise, and then you were on the transatlantic cruise, and what did you say? What the hell? Let's just book the next cruise as well? Yeah, exactly. You know, I had never... Never done the four-day afterwards, the, the, the cruises after a transatlantic

before. So I figured I would try to do that and be able to stay on and, and enjoy the first,

the first trip after. Well, that, those guests too got to get the, uh, little invite to the

christening party, right? Yeah, that was a little, that was a little incentive and a little

reason to want to go as well as to be able to go to the christening party and see J. Leno perform and see

the naming ceremony. How was Leno live? I haven't seen him in years. It was good. It was good.

You know, he, his, his, his demographic is, I think, perfect for who was at the naming ceremony i don't think he's

generally writing jokes for the gen z crowd um probably wouldn't it be as popular for the crowd that

been on the 15 day and and performed to that crowd and on that cruise comedy was sold out every single day. There was lines all the way back to casino. I don't know where you were sitting during the christening ceremony. We'll get to the ship in a second, but I didn't realize like how approachable Linneau is. He was just standing there doing selfies with everyone. Anyone could have walked up with to him and said, hey, can I get a picture? He's like, yeah, sure. And did a little selfie with him.
