Hello everyone and welcome back. Today I want to do something a little bit different that I've

actually never done before on the podcast somehow. So a lot of you know that one of my main offers

My meditations are really different than other

meditations that you might have done before because they are energetic activations,

their guided energy work. And I love to do that because it's an all in one part of your spiritual

practice. So I'm a big believer that's taking time,

especially in the morning but also at night to really ground your energy, to clear your energy,

to set in tension with your energy, to work with your energy field is the way to transform your
