| 0:16.4 | And these are actually nine things I'm doing personally to make sure I not only maintain my level of fitness, |
| 0:21.7 | but hit new levels and new highs in my fitness as well. And I find fall is an interesting season because it's cozy. |
| 0:28.6 | Kyle actually has a little sign in his house even and it reflects on some of the amazing things in fall, |
| 0:33.8 | like football games, hot cocoa, apple cider, warm, comfy sweaters, cozy mornings. |

| 0:44.2 | And nationally, you do think of coziness, you think of food, you think of all these other things. |

| 1:27.0 | me is to spend each time in the sun each doing. So the first one for me is to spend |
| 1:27.8 | each time in the sun each day. So I think it's really good to kind of reflect on what you may be |
| 1:33.1 | losing. So unless you live somewhere where it's sunny all year long and we're really jealous of you, |
| 1:38.9 | you're probably going to be losing a lot of sun. Like for myself in January, February, it gets dark. you're not seeing much sun. The fall is this nice in between time where you have a little bit more. You still have some sunny days, but it's not as prevalent as the summer is. The sun's getting up later. It's going down earlier. So now is a great opportunity to intentionally make a point to get out and be in the sun each day. Have some vitamin D on your skin, just be out in the sun, whether it's reading a book |
