| 1:30.0 | And just to be candid, we've had a ton of interest in questions in the OSF. |
| 1:34.0 | And I'm just going to say flat out, we love interest, we love feedback, we love questions, we even love constructive criticism. |
| 1:43.0 | I will say that transparency has been our value from day one. From the very first year, we started publishing our financial statements at the end of each year. |
| 1:53.0 | We've done that every year since. I've talked openly about my salary and other things. And I just want to say at the outset, that's always been a core value of ours. |
| 2:01.0 | I've tried to do these annual reviews whenever we had time and there was something to say. And to talk about the future. |
| 2:07.0 | So I'm excited to do it again. I think this is definitely the best year in a quarter we've ever had. |
| 2:14.0 | So there's a ton of cool things to say. So thanks to everyone who's given us questions and comments and suggestions and even, even respectful criticism. |

| 2:27.0 | For those who don't know, the Open Stories Foundation, papers were filed for it in 2010 during my second year of graduate school. |
