Michelle Yu is on the show today, and man, she is turning heads up there and doing a lot of neat

things and we're gonna dig deep into all of them Michelle welcome the real estate

rock stars. Thanks a lot for having me excited to be here.

And Michelle why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself so that we can get to know you better?

Sure. So I never intended on real estate, but back when the market was going good a long time ago,

I was helping my parents flip houses,

and when we bought our fourth house in a year,

my agent said, hey, you should get your license.

And at the time, I was in the middle of a divorce

and figured why not, tended to like work with

investors I love numbers that never actually happened but I started doing it part-time I was a

social worker and figured it was a little extra money. Unfortunately, I started six months before the market crashed,

so that was fabulous timing, but I learned a lot doing it.

Stay part-time for a few years,

and then I think by 2010 I went full time and then just kept growing

our business my husband joined me in 2015 as full time he quit his job as a police

officer to work full time with me and he's pretty much

taking over the day-to-day management. I focus on the big picture things and now we
