Summary

Yuri Lopez was a 6-year-old orphan in Honduras when she received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift. It was the first Christmas gift she had ever received and was the spark that began her relationship with Jesus. When she was at 13, she cried out to God and He answered her cry! Now Yuri works with Operation Christmas Child telling her incredible story and sharing the hope that is only found in Christ with all the young people she works with.

Yuri Lopez Show Notes:

There are still places around the world where the name of Jesus has never been heard. That's why Operation Christmas Child is sending the gospel, through simple shoebox gifts, to the ends of the earth. The Greatest Journey Follow-up discipleship program is teaching millions of children to put their faith in Christ, and how to share that faith with others. As a result, entire communities are being transformed. National Collection Week is November 15-22! Build a shoebox online, and we will pack it for you based on the gift selections you make! Many of these shoebox gifts are delivered to hard-to-reach areas so that local believers can share the Good News in a culturally sensitive way.
