0:30.8	It's August and it's beautiful weather. It's absolutely wonderful. Blue sky, a few little
0:35.9	fluffy clouds, sunshine, sort of 25 degrees, it is perfect, but I wonder how it is for you wherever you are in in podcast land at this time.
0:47.3	Welcome to the podcast. In this episode I'm happy to present to you a conversation with my mom, dad and brother all about old family stories
0:57.5	and anecdotes from the past. The episode is called Do You Remember, and that's the title of the activity I chose for this episode.
1:05.6	The idea is that we could generate some stories about things that happened in the past, and you can
1:12.4	follow along and see if you can pick up some
1:14.8	English in the process or simply enjoy a bit of storytelling on the
1:19.2	podcast. So you're going to hear stories of little accidents, moments when James and I got into trouble,
1:26.5	learning to drive and failed driving tests, how my parents first met each other,
1:31.7	and how my bottom lip was always left trembling at the end of
1:36.3	every story.
1:37.9	We recorded this in my parents living room sitting around after dinner, and if you like, you can imagine that you're there too
1:45.0	listening into the conversation not taking part though no for some reason you're not
1:50.5	allowed to speak you can only just sort of sit there and listen like a weird audience in our living room just lurking in the background, which would be a bit weird.
2:00.3	But anyway, if you like, you can imagine that you're there if it helps you to tune
