But the truth is, is we get the question all the time. How can I recomp? How do I achieve body

recomposition? How do I burn fat and build muscle? And the truth is there's many ways to go about it and it is absolutely possible. For a long time, people said it was impossible. But the truth is, is people who are new to training can do it. People who have been laid off of training for a while can do it. And people who are advanced can even do it. You can periodize your training in nutrition for a longer period of time and you can go through a fat loss phase and then a muscle growth phase and then another fat loss phase.
