Now, I've been in business for over 20 years. And every year, it felt like I was like wiping a whiteboard and moving on to the next thing. So what I mean by that is I had all this information,

all this data. And I was like, all right, do, do, do, done with the year. Let's move on to the next. And I would literally freak out every December. Why? Because December felt like, okay, it was the wrap of the year, but I don't know what I'm doing next. And I don't even know what just worked and what didn't work?
