thing that is way more important than creating passive income from real estate

investing and that's self-care. What is more important than money? Your health. Your real estate business is of no use to you unless you take care of yourself that you can enjoy it. Think about it. I talked to a friend of mine a number of years ago and he was he was dealing with

weight issues and he said look I'm not going to be around very long. I spend so much time focusing

on real estate investing and acquiring rental properties, and all of those things.

But man, he was eating out every night.

He was never eating at home.

He was about 80 pounds overweight.

And he realized that this was not going to be around very much longer for him to enjoy

if he didn't start taking care of himself.

And I've been the same way.

When you don't get enough sleep, when you don't actually spend that time with your family,

and if you're only focused on these issues you are going to lose.

So let's go through it. Think about it. I want you to think about why in the first place.

It has to start with that why. Why do you want to create passive income?
