0:16.2	One of my favorite guests, Jeff Lerner.
0:18.4	He always has great ideas for how anybody, whether you're 19 years old or 70 years old,
0:24.7	how you can start a multi-million dollar business.
0:26.6	He's been on the podcast many times before and I have a saying and I learned this actually.
0:32.0	Gosh, I learned this in 1995 when one of my mentors at the time told me this, your best
0:38.6	new customers are your old customers.
0:41.7	So at the time my client for a business I had was HBO.
0:45.1	I built their website and I was building many websites for them.
0:48.1	So what does this technique mean?
0:49.2	It means I go back to HBO and I say, hey, is there any other software services we could

0:55.3	And the answer is usually yes.
0:58.1	And I've been applying the same strategy with the podcast which is that I know which guests
1:03.2	I enjoy the most combined with which guests generate the most interest from listeners.
1:08.8	And I can see that from reviews and downloads and so on.
1:12.6	And Jeff Lerner is a great guest on all these fronts.
1:16.8	Basically people need to figure out how to make more money in their lives.
1:20.5	The average multi-millionaire, as you've heard me say, has seven different streams of income
1:24.6	according to the IRS.
