Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast. Today I want to talk about how exercise affects

the energy body. I have had a lot of people reach out to me. I posted about this on Instagram

about how different types of exercise can impact our energy bodies differently. So I wanted to do

an episode and talk about some energetic considerations when it

comes to the type of movement that you actually do. I have gone through a lot of different phases

with exercise personally in my life. I grew up dancing from a really young age. I was a dancer for

like 10 years. I feel like I learned to dance before I learned to walk.

So I did that. Then I started playing volleyball. I played volleyball for about 10 years.

When I went to college, I tried to kind of do the cardio thing because I didn't know what I was doing.

And then I learned about weightlifting. And I fell in love with lifting weights and I just became a gym

girl, then a dumbbell girl, and I was just doing strength training for a really long time.

And in the last year or so, I switched mainly to Pilates. In there, I went through different yoga

phases during my healing journey. A lot of you know I had

chronic illness. And so when I was doing, when I was in my chronic illness, I did a lot more yoga,

restorative. So I've dabbled in that a little bit. Definitely not super flexible, not a yogi.

But that's been kind of like an overview of the main types of exercise that I do and then I add other things

in there. But as I started really working with my channel and doing this professionally,

being a psychic, obviously not everything in my life I'm looking at in terms of is this

supporting my channel or is it not? And I look at it from, is it helping me channel information?
