Ali feller and I will spare you the long intro and the usual spiel because today it is just you and me I'm here with a solo

episode that I thought was a good idea a few weeks ago I was like I'm going to do my one year since diagnosis episode.

One year ago, I was diagnosed with invasive duttle carcinoma, bilateral breast cancer, really exciting times.

And so I was like I'll do this great episode where I'll just go through what the past year has been like and I'll sum it all up and I'll

tie the pretty bow and that is so not where my head is at right now so

instead I'm going to break this episode into two parts in the first I'm actually revisiting some of the things that I had written down a year ago when I recorded the initial episode sharing my diagnosis and there were a few things in there

that I thought were worth checking in on and then in the second half of this episode I

will answer listener questions thank you so much to everyone who submitted

questions over Instagram stories. I am Ali on the run one over there that's where I

do a lot of sharing. Lot of long captions happening over on Instagram. I love the drama. What can I say? So let's get into it. Me, you, and a year of living with breast cancer.

I would say start with one of the episodes

with one of the many, many, many amazing,

talented and impressive guests who have been on the show over the past several years and 700 episodes.

Then I think get caught up on the personal stuff. Yeah, do that. I say this because I'm not going back through the initial

diagnosis. I've relived that day and those first few weeks enough and I also have

done episodes on what that period was like.

So if you go back about a year ago last June 2023,

I put out a few different episodes, at least two episodes

where I talked about the diagnosis and then I talked about how I was feeling before heading into surgery. I had a double mastectomy. I later had reconstruction surgery. I then underwent chemotherapy. So can I skip over that stuff today?
