Right listening to all this Alex and one of the things that was really critical for me was there is a groundedness to reality

And a lot of the interviews that Sam and the ghosts do yeah with people are surrounding like you know some

Political things and policy issues and I found that to be very comforting in the same way that like I don't know my parents
