Hello friends, my name is Michelle Tupin and I am both honored and humbled to get to bring you this

be-still-and-be-loved meditation. Thank you for sitting at the feet of Jesus with me.

Before we begin, I'd love to encourage you to take a few moments to attend to the rhythm of your

breath, envision the Holy Spirit flowing delicately through your innermost being, nourishing,

awakening, and sustaining you, the one whom he loves.

Bless yourself with a deep inhale in through the nose and a complete exhale through a slight

part in your upper and lower lips. I pray that you're in a place where you can just be.

My hope is that you have no expectations upon you at this moment.

There's nowhere you have to be and nothing that you have to do at this moment.

Perhaps you begin a breath prayer that sounds something like this.

On the inhale, whisper the words under your breath, the loving father.

And on the exhalation, open the eyes and ears of my heart.

Again, that inhalation, the loving father.

On the exhalation, open the eyes and ears of my heart.

Let's linger here for a couple moments.

As you breathe, can you scan your body internally and externally,
