Hello, welcome to the almost 30 podcast. I'm Lindsay Simsick. I'm glad to have you here. It's a solo episode. I am a few days out from my 37th birthday and I am just over one year postpartum.

I wanted to celebrate my 37th birthday with y'all by just bringing you up to speed on my postpartum recovery.

I recently started working with the Landby where I am finally getting my primary care handled. I don't know about you, but I didn't have a primary care physician for years and years and years and it's kind of crazy. So anytime I would be asked that question I'd be like,

um don't have one question mark. So I really got serious about checking in on my health because after you have a baby

It's like your life is flipped upside down, but also you're checking in with your body and
