Central Florida. It was a seven-night Western Caribbean cruise on Carnival's newest at the time of recording Mega Ship. J.T., welcome to the show, my friend. Hey, Doug. How you been, buddy? Good, man. It's been a little while since we spoke last, so I'm excited to talk all about Mardi Gras. Before we actually get to the ship

itself, you live here in Florida as well. So give me some pre-crues thoughts. What made you want to sail

this seven night on Mardi Gras? We're over in Lakeland, you know, centralized between Tampa and Orlando.

And we had done the Mardi Gras and actually this Western itinerary in September last year.

And we loved the ship so much.

And the ports of call are great as well.

So you make your way down to Port Canaveral.

Since you live so close to the port, maybe an hour, hour and a half or so, do you ever do any pre-cruised time there, or do you just kind of arrive day of? We usually get up a little bit early and kind of a day of, and, you know, maybe going to breakfast, you know, my wife and just do something and drive over to get there as early as we can,

you know, depending on our time provided by the cruise line.
