Alright Chelsea fans, welcome back to another episode of the London is blue podcast as

was your host Brandon Jerome, because Dan Nick still on vacation enjoying his time in

Mexico, but Dan we got a Matt loss special great timing after our second leg against Spurs

as we all know Matt covering Tottenham much more closely in the last couple of years.

So this would be a professional Matt Law derby you could say.

Yeah, yeah, we're going to do it last week, but now we got the full experience of putting

Tottenham in their place to bring you in for I think this is great.

Yeah, I mean, you really did as well, because I've got to say I didn't actually think Chelsea

were very good last night and yet they were comfortable.

Agreed.

We talked about that in our match review as well with DPC, but it's good.

Yeah, so look, we're going to be touching on the fact that Chelsea advanced both the league

cup and FA Cup.

We can't forget we're in both cup competitions and then updates on the clubs to January plans

for player acquisitions and obviously don't going contract situations with current players.

So if we kick it off to, you know, Dan again, Chelsea rounding into form, it was a tough,

pretty much December for the club, we're kind of limping into the new year.

All of a sudden, we've gotten some results and advanced in the cup competitions.

I think I was at Chelsea in certain to get a little bit of confidence again in the squad.

Yeah, the confidence is key and I think Matt, I think as you said it, maybe Chelsea were

better in the first half of the first match and then had an opportunity to go a little bit
