And so I take that same approach with negotiating.

You know, if you can, always, if you're the dispatcher,

always make that broker or shipper tell you what it is that they want to pay.

That's the true definition of a negotiation too, by the way.

Both parties being happy at the end of the deal.

We start, you know, booking lows and getting into the swing of things.

Literally a month later, I matched what I was making in my job. So I was like, man,

if I double my income, I'm gone because it just don't make sense for me to continue to

stay here when I need to put more time for my business.

So a couple weeks later, I doubled.
