| 0:46.5 | Okay, sure. And yes, thanks again for having me. This is this is really great. But yeah, |
| 0:52.1 | so I guess I kind of started getting interested in real estate back in 2021 |
| 0:57.2 | i have a job where i'm on the road going to people's home so i would just listen to to youtube |
| 1:03.0 | all day long and i was listening to a lot of bigger pockets starting out and then so basically my |
| 1:08.4 | first kind of venture into real estate is i i did purchase a two flat here in Chicago when I was doing the house hack. That was the end of 2021. |
| 1:16.6 | Still listening to bigger pockets a lot and you know really wanted to get into more investing. |
| 1:21.6 | But I realized, you know, pretty quickly that I didn't have enough money to buy another rental property, you know, because that would be the, that would be the 20, 25% down on the next one where I'd only put 3.5% |
| 1:32.2 | down on the first one. So kind of came up against a roadblock. And so I just, you know, |
| 1:36.6 | continued listening to a lot of YouTubers and basically came across your channel, flipping |
| 1:42.3 | mastery. And then I kind of just got really sucked in. |
| 1:46.4 | So I pretty much knew right away. |
| 1:48.6 | Like, I don't know, maybe it was the way you were presenting or teaching or the ideas that |
| 1:52.3 | you were putting out. |
