It's that time of the year when we're doing our year-end wrap-ups.

So I have a couple of episodes throughout December that are just going to kind of reflect on this past year and get us ready for 2025.

Today I wanted to share some of my biggest business lessons from this past year.

And I have my friend Joshua Dean Church on the show again. I figured

it would be really helpful to have him on the podcast as well. He has gone through, you know, his own

business lessons in the last year and he was running a very different type of company than the type

of business I run. so it's nice to just

have a different perspective, and we have a lot of overlapping lessons that we learned, but we just

wanted to take some time to reflect on all this stuff. And for any business owners out there,

I feel like this would be really helpful. And even if you don't run a business, I feel like a lot

of these are just life lessons. So hopefully this sparks some insight within you and some

deeper reflection. And coming up in a bit, I'll have some just bigger lessons I learned in the

year and we'll forecast 2025. So we have some fun episodes coming up. But today we're just going to

drop into our biggest business lessons from 2024. And for anyone who is

local to San Diego or in SoCal, Josh and I are actually going to be throwing a new year

workshop January 12th. So this will be about vision setting, goal planning, and then we're

going to do an epic energy healing and breathwork energy session. So it's going to be

a half-day workshop. It's going to be super potent and the same tools that Josh and I use personally

to really set our visions for 2025. It's going to be electric. That's the word we chose. So we'll put
